What are the payment terms and conditions?

We accept all major credit cards, and offer PayPal and Google Checkout as alternative gateways.  We also accept checks, money orders, or wire transfers.  You must contact us prior to placing the order if you choose to pay with a check, money order, or wire transfer.

What do I do if I need my jewelry repaired?

If you need your jewelry repaired please contact us and explain what needs to be repaired, in most cases we will be able to repair it for you, if not we would appreciate you contacting us anyways.

Will UPS or The U.S. Post Office leave the package if no one is there to sign for it?

UPS or the USPS will not leave your package, all of our packages must be signed for.

Why in some cases is 18kt gold more expensive than 22kt gold?

18kt gold can be more expensive because of the other alloys mixed in the the gold to make 18kt gold. Other metals such as rhodium, platinum, palladium are trading at very hight costs.

What all countries do you ship to?

We are located in the Houston, Texas USA.  We ship all around the USA, Canada, UK, and some European nations.  In order to place an international order and to expedite the process we ask our clients to pay using PayPal.

What is the difference between a rose cut diamond, and a regular diamond?

Rose cut diamonds differ from regular diamonds because they are not cut as much as the standard 54 facet diamond.  Usually rose cut diamonds consist of 8 facet cuts and a table but sometimes can consist of 12-24 facets.

What is your exchange and refund policies?

We offer a 15 day no questions asked return policy.  Each of our clients is entitled to a full refund or if desired an exchange.

How long does it take to get the package once the order has been placed?

Delivery time within the US can take two to three days.  We do offer over night shipping.  International orders can take up to seven business days.

Do you include a chain with your pendant and earring sets?

In most cases the chain is not listed as part of the item. Even though the chain is shown, the chain has to be ordered spearately.

Can a ring we like be resized to a different size?

In most cases we can re-size the ring, however, some rings can not. We charge an extra $9.99 to have a ring re-sized.
