Our 15-day return policy gives you enough of time to consider your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 15 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. To ensure that our product has not been tampered with or used, we will install a security tag. If that tag has been removed, we can only issue you a store credit. You may leave the tag on while you are considering your purchase to ensure your full refund.

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected for wear and damage, your refund will be processed in 1 to 2 days. Items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Returns sent via improper packaging and care will not be accepted.

If the product was damaged due to our negligence, please contact us immediately and we shall make arrangements accordingly.

To return your purchase, follow the Four step process:

 

Authorization Code. Call 713-621-1182 to speak to an agent regarding your purchase. The agent will supply you with a return authorization code. Carefully note the authorization code as you will need to reference that on your package.

 

Carefully Pack Your Return. Return the jewelry as you received it, with its jewelry box, or folder, and with all documents that may have come with your purchase. Take the time and patients to pack your jewelry. Jewelry damaged during the return process will not be accepted or you may have to pay for repairs.

 

Select your Carrier and Insure Your Package. - For all returns we suggest our clients use the US Post Office Priority Mail or Express Mail service. Be sure to add signature conformation and the proper insurance.
