Return Policy by Shahji

Our 15-day return policy gives you enough of time to consider your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 15 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, we have no re-stock fee. To ensure that our product has not been tampered with or used, we will install a security tag. If that tag has been removed, we can only issue you a store credit. You may leave the tag on while you are considering your purchase to ensure your full refund. Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected for wear and damage, your refund will be processed in 1 to 2 days. Items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Returns sent via improper packaging and care will not be accepted. If the product was damaged due to our negligence, please contact us immediately and we shall make arrangements accordingly.



Request a Return Label ( for orders of $500 and higher ) or use your own shipping provider. If we provide you with the return label, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping on your return amount.

Carefully Pack Your Return. Return the jewelry as you received it, with its jewelry box, or folder, and with all documents that may have come with your purchase. Take the time and effort to pack your jewelry. Jewelry damaged during the return process will not be accepted.

If we supply you with a return label, visit your local UPS store and drop off the package. Otherwise if you use your own method, follow all instructions on proper shipping.

Always obtain a receipt for your protection.

If you pay by credit card, we will issue the refund to that credit card only, if you pay by check or money order, we will issue you a check in the mail.
