We are happy to provide each of our clients with a full refund, no re-stock fee for jewelry only. We feel you should be happy with the item you are wanting to purchase, and no restrictions should apply if you want to exchange or return the item. Our goal is to provide our clients with the jewelry they are going to love to wear.

We can print and e-mail you a return label that is fully insured for your return. This is the cheapest way to return the item to us with full insurance.

Carefully Pack Your Return. Return the jewelry as you received it, with its jewelry box, or folder, and with all documents that may have come with your purchase. Take the time and effort to pack your jewelry. Jewelry damaged during the return process will not be accepted.

Using our label, drop your package off to any UPS store, do not tell them what is inside, simply just drop the package off and obtain a receipt. All insurance is covered by us.

Always obtain a receipt for your protection.

If you pay by credit card, we will issue the refund to that credit card only, if you pay by check or money order, we will issue you a check in the mail.
